Rumah Victory

is a non-profit charitable organization founded by the late Mr. Philip Mok Sew Kwong in 1988. It began with Christian Drug Rehabilitation Centre and expanded to Children and Youth Home and Elderly Home, established with the purpose to provide community services. The centers that we provide are Rumah Victory Elderly Home, Rumah Victory Children and Youth Home and Rumah Victory Drug Rehabilitation Centre.
