RUMAH VICTORY -Malaysia chinese Rehabilitation Centre Taman Yarl. was established by Bro. Philip Mok Sew Kwong at Taman Yarl, Kuala Lumpur. |

-1991 Rumah Victory develop the first English Gospel Drug Rehab Centre in Klang. After achieving independence in 1994, it was renamed “The Living Stone”. -Operated Vineyard Restaurant, stopped operation year 1993. |

2nd Branch Rehab Centre
1996: Renamed “Elim Gospel Drug Rehabilitation Centre”. 1998: Handed over and Ipoh Victory Life Training Centre was established in the Northern region. |

Seremban Rehab Centre
Home Of Victory Bhd, Seremban was established.

| 1992 | Attended Anti-drug Conference in Macau. Published the first album, <The Voice of Victory>. |

Rumah Victory Sarawak Rehab Centre was established, stopped operation in 1994. Published the second album, <The Voice of Victory>. |

Joined PEMADAM (Persatuan Mencegah Dadah Malaysia) and appointed as the National Chinese Director. Invited to Taiwan for an anti-drug campaign in the local jail. Also to consult the establishment of the first government owned Christian Drug Rehabilitation Centre. |
